Ah... Cesar Romero's version of the clown prince of Crime and one of my favorite performances. I was first exposed to the character with this version so it still holds a special place into my heart! =P
I didn't try too much to replicate Romero's face with this one, I just wanted to try and make Joker based on him and how I'd make him look if I had to make a.... cartoon version based on the classic Adam West show.

I was thinking maybe I should try doing a Nicholson and a Ledger Joker, but I can't promise you anything! =P

Almost looks like if Vincent Price was the Joker. (Instead of playing Egghead.)

I like the Romero Joker--and the Hamill Joker--but my favorite is Jack Nicholson....And I know its heresy--but I didn't care for the Ledger Joker...

Well, if it makes you feel better, I didn't really enjoyed Ledger's Joker that much either. He was OK, but I prefer a more comic-book one with all his weird lethal toys and gas.
